4 Bollywood characters stolen from Hollywood movies!
In one of our articles, we wrote about Bollywood movies, which are mostly a remake of American films (read here). And although we do believe that the Indian film industry has a lot of imagination or inventiveness, in today's article, we will show the characters who have appeared in Bollywood productions but have been created in the Hollywood.

1. Baal Veer
Baal Veer is a fantasy tv series for children. It tells a story of a boy with superpowers given to him by seven fairies. Normally he lives as an undercover human boy named Ballu but in a time of danger, this Super Kid protects the fairies and fights for good and true children. In one episode appears an Evil Witch who looks exactly like a hag from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

We cannot blame them for this inspiration, at the end image of the witch created by Disney animation is spread and best known throughout the world. Witch appeared when evil queen changed her attitude to give a poison apple to a little princess. What’s interesting original movie received the Special Academy Award which was consisted of one standard Oscar statuette and seven miniature statuettes on a stepped base.
This is a police tv drama about India's Crime Investigation Department produced since 1998, what makes it the longest running television series in India. Still, this show about 5 detectives, is very popular and over the years, it has maintained a strong position on the market. But having more than 1,448 episodes it is quite normal that they have to sometimes be inspired by some popular characters.

And that is probably why in one episode of this Indian series well-known Joker appeared. It was inspired by the legendary role of Heath Ledger in the movie The Dark Knight. The actor played a crazy Batman opponent but died before the movie was released. Despite his sudden death Ledger received an Oscar for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, what made him the first person to win a posthumous acting Oscar in this category.
3. Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat
Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat is a tv series about origin and life of Ashoka, the third emperor of the Mauryan dynasty of India. The show ended in October 2016 after 442 episodes. 4.Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani
Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani is a tv series about the forbidden love between a vampire Abhay Raichand and a young woman Piyali Jaiswal, also called Piya. The show had 331 episodes and ended in December 2011. It's not Edward Cullen, but who?
...not like the one played by Robert Pattinson Edward Cullen, from Twilight, but more like Damon Salvatore, played by Ian Somerhalder from the tv show The Vampire Diaries.
