Wedding in France, like a princess does. Firstly, the daughter of steel mogul Lakshmi Mittal, Vanisha and her banker fiance Amit Bhatia, had an engagement party in Palais de Versailles, which is the only private event that has ever been conducted there. The next was dinner at very famous Jardin des Tuileries, which was prepared by chefs who were flown specially from India.
The ceremony itself took place in another palace Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte. Their guest list included top stars of Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. And the party was highlighted by a performance of pop star Kylie Minogue and fireworks at the Eiffel Tower. They spend almost Rs 240 crore what makes them one of the most expensive weddings of all time.

Sanjay Hinduja and Anu Mahtani
If you are a UK-based billionaire than you can have a wedding like a fairytale. Sanjay Hinduja married the fashion designer Anu Mahtani in three days ceremony in Udaipur, where the Jame Bond film Octopussy was filmed. The welcome dinner included a performance of Nicole Scherzinger, while on the next engagement party starred Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Malaika Arora.
It is said that 208 privately chartered planes were agreed to have landed at the airport. Guests were transported to the hotel by 14 fully decorated boats and there they have chauffeured around in an elite fleet of top-class BMWs, specially flown in from Mumbai. The exact ceremony was highlighted by the one and only Jennifer Lopez, who also stayed for a night and the party. It is said that wedding cost was at 147 crore rupees.

Brahmani and Rajeev Reddy
With the cost of about Rs 500 Gali Janardhan Reddy’s daughter, Brahmani's wedding is probably the most expensive wedding ever. Starting from that the guests received personalized wedding invites via LCD screens, which were fed in utensils made of pure gold and silver. The ceremony took place at the Bengaluru Palace Grounds which was transformed to look like the Vijaya Nagara Empire.
It is said that about 50,000 guests were invited and over 2000 taxis were organized to ferry them as well as few helicopters. People were pleased with performances by stars of Bollywood and Tollywood. But most commented was the bride itself. It is said that Brahmani's saree cost around INR 17 crores, while her beautiful jewelry cost around INR 90 crores!

Adel Sajan and Sana Khan
When you have so much money your imagination can be unstoppable. When Danube heir Adel Sajan married his school sweetheart, dentist-now-model Sana Khan, they organized a Dil Dhadakne Do-themed wedding on a cruise that set sail from Barcelona to Cannes. It was a 4-day party with 1,100 guests on a boat, like Gauhar Khan, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Malaika Arora Khan and Shamita Shetty.
It is said that more than two tonnes of flowers were imported from different parts of the world to decorate the ship for the wedding famous chef Fabio Cucchelli made a 13-tier wedding cake that towered 3.5 meters. The guests were entertained by several live performances, like a water rocket show, aerial acts, song, and dance events. Does Rs 200 crore still seem so expensive for all of this?
