Surely every parent has been thinking about it. Harvard psychologists have given five pieces of advice on how to achieve this.

1. Spend the time with your child

First of all, you have to be available for your child all the time. It cannot ask for time to spend it with you. And when you do something together, engage in it and focus on the baby and not on the things you have to do. It's about the quality of common time. Everyone can make a mistake, but as a parent, you have to know when to apologize and how to do it.

Knowing your mistakes, being honest and, teaching your child respect, to people, and how to value them. Remember that every situation can be a lesson when you can talk to your children and teach them how to find the best solution in it.
