The Lowest Low: Ukrainian 12-year-old To Find Out On Live TV Who Her Baby Daddy Is (And It Might Be One Of Her Two Brothers)
Tanya Luchishin from Borislav in Lviv, Ukraine, fell pregnant when she was 11. She now has a five-week-old daughter named Diana had been fathered by an 18-year- old neighbour called Andriy. The boy confirmed that he had sex with Tanya when he was 17.
Early, huh? But we’ve seen things like these before. What is shocking and disturbing is, or maybe are, a few facts: she was confronted on primetime TV to reveal who the father of the baby is. The girl mistakenly claimed that her 18-year-old neighbour was the father, but the DNA results proved her to be wrong.
Then the girl’s stepfather, her brother, and her half-brother took tests. As you may suspect, there had been suspicions that one of them was the father. In front of a TV audience, Tanya cryingly admitted that around the time when she conceived, she was also forced to have sex with other members of the family - her stepfather Ivan Eremin, in his 30s, her brother Volodya, 15, and her half-brother Viktor, 17.

Why didn’t she tell the truth from the beginning? The girl claims she was simply 'afraid'. However, Tanya’s stepfather is adamant about his innocence.
'I would not have come here if I had anything to do with the pregnancy of my step-daughter’, said Ivan at the studio.
He told the audience: 'I am ready to undertake a DNA test and to prove that I am not the father of this child.'
'I am afraid of nothing. I don't want to live when people are pointing their figures at me, at my wife. I never had any relations with Tanya, I could not even think about it. '
Both brothers also claim that none of them is the father. They are all ready to undergo the DNA test. The results will be made public this week. Both the audience and Tanya will know the father.
She shows, being deeply disturbing and distressing, gained an enormous popularity, despite its’ incestuous, cruel and unlawful undertone. Tanya IS a victim of multiple rape, she was abused as a child.

Where was her mother then? We don’t know. What we DO know is the fact that she agreed to her child being put through the TV inquisition, earning money on an indisputable family tragedy, encouraging the 12-year-old to answer questions which were visibly overwhelming. She is now helping her daughter raise the child.
'Our neighbour Andriy is not the father of my granddaughter Diana,' said Anna Luchishin, Tanya’s mother. 'I received a call from the laboratory in Lviv and they said it was not him.’
'Andriy's father Oleg had paid for this DNA test in Lviv. I was shocked. I told Tanya about the test and asked her - so who was it then?'
'And she told me there was one more person. I asked her to tell me the truth. It happened in February when I was in the hospital with my newborn daughter Viktoria. I don't want to give the name. It is a person from our family. But it may not be him.'
The police are now starting to take a closer look at the situation, with the girl’s answers being prima facie evidence of a crime. However, nobody did anything to halt the show, to protect Tanya and her baby.
'We all know how cruel the people's tongues can be. It is important to find out who is the father of Tanya's child in order to stop the speculation’, said presenter Andrey Danilevich, from Inter TV.
This week, the saga continues, so stay tuned.
