9 Health advantages of an onion!

Do it yourself: take ¼ kg of peeled onion, put in a pot, add a glass of crystal sugar, a glass of honey, pour 4 glasses of water and boil until a thick consistency. Italian researchers from the Mario Negri Institute in Milan argue that "onion treatment" prevents, among others, cancer of the breast, uterus, prostate, stomach, and anus. They examined 10,000 cancer patients in Italy and Switzerland and compared the results with the research of 15,000 healthy people. People who ate the most onions reduced the risk of oral and esophageal cancer by 84 percent, anal fever by 56, and breast cancer by 25 percent.
9. To stop your hair from greying
Check this on your own: at the beginning, peel and grate the onion. The juice should be rubbed into the scalp and left for about fifteen minutes (or longer, if possible). In the end, you only need to wash your head with your favorite shampoo. Onion juice contains catalase. This substance has been used for centuries. Herbalists believe in the effectiveness of this method and advise to use it even before the first gray hair appears on the head.
