Having a shower seems to be such a simple and mundane thing. You do it every day, before or after work but probably not paying much attention to what you're actually doing them. However, it occurs that even such a trivial thing can be actually done...wrong! This article presents the most common mistakes that you can make having a shower. It can be still aromatic, pleasant, relaxing but there are a couple of things that you need to beware of or just change.

There is no one universal rule how often you should take a shower, however, when you notice that your hair is greasy even just after washing it then it means you do it too often. When your hair is wet, it’s also more exposed to be damaged and the use of shampoos and hair conditioners that are full of detergents won’t help them! Also, when you take the shower are you’re in a hurry then you may be prompted to use a hairdryer, which is unhealthy for your hair. It doesn’t mean that you should have greasy hair for a few days, but if it’s not necessary then don’t do it too often.

They reuse them many times even if they are already dirty because they think that if they have already cleaned their bodies then the towels will be also clean. However, fragrant and pleasant it is, it can also cause some damage by getting rid of natural oils in your skin. So actually, the more foam and bubbles you create, the worse it is for your skin.
