Aries are naturally positive souls. This energy means that it is easy for them to slip into almost any social environment with ease. The food that Aries need to consider eating is garlic, sprouts, and microgreens. Stephanie says: "In research, garlic has also been shown to improve metabolism of iron (a Mars-ruled compound).
