They started going viral with the pictures the dad shared online of himself and his daughter, Jaxyn, and they soon turned to a perfect symbol of authenticity and a father and daughter loving relationship. He has talked about his daughter to The Huffington Post saying: "I am beyond grateful for the role that God has given me in the lives of others and I take it very seriously. With my daughter especially, there is no greater bond. We share a very honest relationship and it means more to me every day to understand that she is looking to me for so much in her life that she has yet to live."
"I am excited to remain her anchor. My inspiration to share my very personal relationship with my princess on Instagram was my vision of life. I find the majority of my inspiration from children. I want to bring that feeling of family and fatherhood back to the forefront of the mind how we used to feel when we watched the Cosby Show or Julia. Social media had become the new nightly show so I want to put positivity in the mind of our fathers. We are the foundation behind the future."

"There are so many lessons to be learned as a growing lady, however, some are specific to the mother and others necessary for fathers. I aim to make sure she knows to love herself and to pat herself on the back. As a woman, she needs to know how to believe in herself first before anyone or anything." He then shared some information on the hair journey he went through saying: "My hair journey began at a very young age, simultaneous with the growth in my life. I am an Artist and I will continue to flow in creativity when it comes to my personal style. The sky is truly the limit!"
Probably some of you right now wonder how he does this only by looking at his picture. Well, he has answers for that as well: "Health is my lifestyle. I believe that being healthy mind, body, and spirit allows my hair to reach beyond its peak. I maintain a very clean diet and I drink a ton of water both very important factors in the longevity of healthy hair. A daily routine is necessary to maintain anything great. I use plenty of natural products witch over time have nourished my hair the best. Since I am in the habit of dressing and cleaning my hair, my daily routine is very simple of hydrating and styling."

However, his life was not always this beautiful. In an interview with XONecole, he said: "I didn’t meet my father until I was seven years old. At the time he was a football coach at a high school, so me and my family––my mother, my grandmother and my aunt––went to the football field of the high school and waited until the game was over. We went onto the field and my aunt said, ‘Hey this is your son.’ He looked at me for about 10 seconds and said ‘I don’t have a son.’ I grew up around all women."
"I was the first man of my family, and my family took that very seriously. My family comes from women that don’t have men. Women who have been left or abandoned. I didn't have a lot of uncles, so David Bowie and Tupac were the closest things [to father figures]. I had a few stepfathers, and they did the best that they could, but all in all, it was just my grandmother and my mom. That was the first heartbreak of my life, but it was the turning point of my life, too. I turned that heartbreak into drive. And I teach my daughter to do the same."

He also talked about his daughter and what scares him about her: "I put my child on a pedestal. What my daughter knows is that if she loves herself first, love will align with her friendships, relationships, and all aspects of her life. I’ve had situations where boys already have approached her cause she just has an aura that attracts people. And that scares me. I’m a fearless man, but when it comes to her, I cannot play. She’s a beautiful girl who’s gonna be a pretty woman, but I teach her to love herself first."
"She doesn’t need to seek that in a man or from watching TV or her friends. My only concern for my daughter is the nobility of her character. I teach her to demand respect. I teach her to walk in her natural elegance, and I make it a point to show her that she's protected daily. That way, she remains fearless."
