9 Tricks with toothpaste that you have to know
To many people, toothpaste seems like an item that just cleans their teeth. Little do they know that this paste can do a lot more than what people think. They are some awesome things you can do with a toothpaste that you might not have known. In this article, we are going to present you with 9 possible ways you can use the toothpaste other than using it for brushing teeth only and limiting its use to a bathroom.
1. Attach envelopes
Sending letters is something of the past right now, but if you still send letters then you can use toothpaste to close an envelope. Although toothpaste cannot be considered a glue, it’s strong enough to stick two thin paper together. This is only a tip, so you have glue, please do use it, we are not forcing you to use toothpaste.

2. The Syringe
We are guessing that on more than one occasion when you squeezed the tube of the toothpaste the toothpaste ended up on the floor or in the wash basin rather than your toothbrush even though you placed it just below? We feel you! You can solve this problem by putting the toothpaste in a Syringe and use the syringe as a toothpaste dispenser. This way you can control the amount of toothpaste you want on your toothbrush without wasting it.
3. Scratches on a phone
The weakest part of any phone these days is obviously the touchscreen. No matter how high the number of the Gorilla Glass is, there will come a time when the screen will be ruined by an ugly scratch. You can get rid of some scratches with the help of toothpaste. Use a little on the cell phone and carefully wipe the surface with a cloth. The screen should like it’s new.
Toothpaste can clean many more things, we will show you on the NEXT page.
4. Permanent marker cleaner
Do you have a small child or have you by mistake painted the house with permanent marker ink, or crayons or colour pencils? Toothpaste will rescue you again! As shown below, a little bit of toothpaste on a brush is enough to clean the marked parts. Just put a little bit of toothpaste on a brush (the one you aren’t using to brush your teeth) and gently brush on the wall until the wall returns to its original colour. It can work well on wooden surfaces too.
5. Eliminate bad smell
Everyone has done something in their lifetime that left a very bad smell for hours on your hand and you could not remove it. A good example of this situation is when you cut onions and the smell stays in your hands. Now you can easily get rid of the bad smell with some toothpaste. Swipe it with your fingers, wash your hands with water and you’re done. Your hands will no longer smell like onion.

6. Clean household things
Ceramic things at home, sinks and toilets have the ugly tendency of tarnishing in a terrifying way, They get covered with a very ugly residue that is difficult to remove even with typical cleaning products. Again, we turn ourselves amicably towards the toothpaste, since it is the secret of a clean bathroom. Apply a little toothpaste on a brush you aren’t using and clean the dirt. When you clean the place you have brushed with water, you will notice that it shines like it’s new.
7. Clean screens
Well, now you know that you can clean mobile phone screens using this amazing paste. But did you know you can even clean your computer and television screens from annoying fingerprints and dirt? With a little water, some paste and a rag, you can make any screen look very shiny.
Lastly, we will tell you that toothpaste can even save your life! Or at least relieve some pain!
One of the worst pains known to mankind is the pain you get from cutting your finger with a kitchen knife or even worse, a sheet of paper. Yes, we are all not great cooks, so these things happen. The cut usually not very deep and it is not necessary to amputate the whole hand, but the pain is very annoying and we use hands for almost everything so the wound tends to open up again and again. Apply a little toothpaste on the wound to relieve pain and make the wound heal faster. You put it in your mouth every day, so putting it on a wound would not do anything bad, so don’t worry if you have second thoughts.
The same thing mentioned above can be done to light burns. If for some reason you have gotten off the hook and burned your hand with a candle, you can relieve the pain immediately with toothpaste. This is simply amazing!
